FOR CONFERENCES, EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS

Every attendee. Their own record.

Turn your confirmed attendance list into individual certificates. Use one event design and give each participant a QR-linked record they can share after the programme.

Conferences and events
Illustrative use case
01

Work from confirmed attendance

Import the final participant list rather than rebuilding documents one by one.

02

Keep the event identity

Use your own event wording, branding and signatures in the certificate design.

03

Make later checks straightforward

A recipient or third party can open the certificate record with the QR or code.

YOUR WORKFLOW

A clear process, from start to finish.

01

Finalise the list

Confirm attendance using your event process, then prepare an Excel or CSV list.

02

Set the event details

Choose the template, event title and date; review the imported drafts.

03

Publish and distribute

Prepare the certificate PDFs and share them through your organisation’s process.

IN PRACTICE

Certificates after the closing session.

A conference organiser confirms the final attendee list. A team member imports it, the publisher checks the names and each participant receives an individual document reference.

A FEW DETAILS

Before you get started.

Does this replace event check-in?

No. Your organisation confirms attendance using its event process. VerifyInt prepares and verifies the resulting certificate records.

Can the certificate say attendance instead of completion?

Yes. Use that wording in your uploaded certificate design and enter the relevant event title.

Can we correct a certificate after publication?

An authorised publisher can revoke a record. Prepare a corrected draft and publish the replacement so the public status remains clear.
